Completely unhelpful when my husband's new Sony didn't connect to blue tooth. So unhelpful that he brought a new Samsung on line. Salesmen milling about the entrance but no customers inside. Im not surprised. After two days of speaking to virgin by telephone i spoke to a very uninterested team leader who was very unhelpful. Was told to visit store in intu. Really inconvenient as had just been discharged from hospital. Avoid!!!!
