  I've never known such bad customer service at Swarovski (intu Derby), I was looking to exchange a gift bought in the wrong size, nothing that you would have thought would be too difficult. One of the young sales assistants came over to help and got the correct size bracelet. Then out of nowhere a 'senior' sales assistant came over and said that they couldn't help and that I would have to return my item online and wait for a refund before buying again. The lady was fairly short with blonde hair and glasses, I would put her somewhere in her late 50's. Her attitude was terrible, she refused to help or give her name. I feel that she is a disgrace to the brand. Her actions have made us rethink buying from Swarovski ever again.
