  Rang to order a rear windscreen wiper, nobody in spares can be bothered to pick up the phone and my calls just loop into infinity. Tried 6 times to call them and then visited after work to complain. Nobody bothered to take my complaint seriously, just told to come back at later date. I am now taking all my service needs to Tamworth. Thanks Inchcape! After looking at similar reviews I can see that Inchcape's blanket response of passing poor feedback into the group to resolve is just rubbish. They have no intention of improving their poor service.
