  Me and my husband were very sceptical when we first heard about hypnobirthing, it just sounded too good to be true, but its amazing how well it works! Wendy is a wonderful and caring teacher and I really can't recommend her enough to anyone whose expecting. Worth every penny and then some! Each lesson was really well structured with different techniques being taught and practiced every week, along with breathing exercises and special massage techniques. We read the hypnobirthing book (which came free on the course) but you get so much extra from going to the lessons that there is no way we could have done it with books and CDs alone. Highly recommended to any mum to be!

  My first child was born by caesarian and I was determined that it wasnt going to happen again so I contacted Wendy and signed up for one of her courses. Wendys guidance and reassurance helped me draw a line under my previous experience and stay calm when things seemed to be going wrong so I could achieve the natural birth I wanted the second time around. Thanks to Wendy Id do the birth a hundred times over... if only it didnt mean yet more sleepless nights!
