  I was able to quickly get my purchase but store wasn't very busy. I found the staff very unfriendly, cold, rude and sarcastic. I tried to make friendly conversation and i recieved a string of sarcastic remarks. I mentioned I'd never heard of hatichimals but its what my neice wanted and the woman said "really" in a sarcastic patronising tone. She blanked me half the time and rolled her eyes. I found her very rude. The woman who got me my product didn't even smile and was so unwelcoming. I suggest getting staff that actually like their jobs. Its not pleasant for customers who haven't been rude or unfriendly to recieve that type of response and behaviour for no reason.

  Quite a large Argos store. Their catalog systems kept crashing but staff were very friendly and eager to help. My item was ready in about 4 mins and was reasonably priced.
